While it is generally accepted that travel ice hockey is the most expensive sport on the planet, very few understand the distinct disadvantage the visually impaired community faces in employment and financial support.

The Dented Puck Foundation aims to alleviate this gap by providing low cost opportunities to participating in blind hockey and ice skating, support to players, teams, and events, and championing advocacy nationwide.

The Windy City Showdown is our annual event, bringing players of all ages from across the nation and across the globe. This year, we are looking for partners to turn our blind hockey tournament into a true community event celebrating both the visually impaired and hockey communities.
